Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.

AI Credits (Top-ups)

• Credits are delivered instantly to your account after successful payment and can be used for image generation.
• Because credits are a digital service, top-ups are non-refundable once credited.

Failed / Pending Transactions

• If payment is deducted but credits are not reflected, contact us at support@dunoya.in with your payment details.
• After verification, we will either credit the missing amount or process a refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Duplicate Charges

• If you are charged twice for the same order, write to us with both transaction IDs. Verified duplicates will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

Cancellations

• Once credits are used to generate images, cancellations aren’t applicable. Unused credits remain in your balance until consumed.
