Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.

AI Credits (Top-ups)

Credits are delivered instantly to your account after successful payment and can be used for image generation.
Because credits are a digital service, top-ups are non-refundable once credited.

Failed / Pending Transactions

If payment is deducted but credits are not reflected, contact us at support@dunoya.in with your payment details.
After verification, we will either credit the missing amount or process a refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Duplicate Charges

If you are charged twice for the same order, write to us with both transaction IDs. Verified duplicates will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

Cancellations

Once credits are used to generate images, cancellations aren’t applicable. Unused credits remain in your balance until consumed.
